When joining this program at BFT, James take an in depth look at an athlete’s sport specific needs, sport and health history, and creates a training program to get the athlete best prepared for their sport.

This program specializes in improving:

  • Strength
  • Power
  • Speed and Agility
  • Running mechanics

In addition to performance skills, athletes will be guided through sports specific mobility exercises to need the follow help the, withstand the intense season training for their sport. Under guidance of coaches who have worked with high school and college athletes moving on to the next level, this program educates and gives athletes experience on the more advanced strength and conditioning programs they will be doing in the future. 

With over 15 years of working with athletes, James has provided high level performance training which includes power weightlifting, Olympic weightlifting, running mechanics, multi-directional training, and combine preparation. As a former football coach, he has a passion working with provide a space where athletes can train for and reach their athletic goals.

The big picture goal of this program is to develop an athlete’s self-confidence and esteem both as an athlete and a person. BFT provides s space, a coach, and a program that they can be be challenged and learn from.

  • Athlete Coaching Pack: $270.00/month

This pack includes everything in Personalized Programming but also gives the client opportunities for extra coaching. Each month, athletes can choose either one 60-minute private training session scheduled within the given month, or an hour video session/chat.
