Our Specialized Clinics are not drop-in workouts.

They are focused 5-week training tracks designed to develop a specific physical quality  mobility, strength, or conditioning through structured progression and small-group coaching.

Each clinic is capped at 4–6 participants to ensure technical feedback, individualized adjustments, and measurable progress.

This is deliberate training — not general fitness.

Clinic Tracks

Mobility & Joint Control

Improve range of motion, joint strength, and long-term durability through controlled mobility, end-range strength, and loaded movement progressions.

On-Ramp to Strength

A structured introduction to foundational lifting patterns and barbell mechanics. Designed for beginners or adults returning to strength training.

Performance Conditioning Lab

Smart interval-based conditioning focused on aerobic power, strength endurance, and sustainable intensity — without chaos.

Partner & Small Group Strength

Semi-private strength training (2–4 people) with individualized programming inside a shared training block.

  • 10 total sessions
  • 60-minute sessions
  • Limited enrollment

Investment: $500 per participant

($50 per session, paid upfront to reserve a spot)

Because clinics are progressive and capacity is limited, enrollment closes once full.
