The Small group training service is designed to offer fitness or sports performance training that encourages personal improvements within the training program but with the extra push of your buddies.
Small group training involves strength training and metabolic conditioning which aims to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, power, muscle endurance, agility, coordination, and body composition. Training is offered in the gym and at several outdoor/offsite locations.
